3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in limited cases where the project has not yet started or when Easy Tech World is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons. Each refund request is reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • SEO work already performed
  • Consultation and strategy sessions
  • Design concepts, revisions, and planning work

5. Client Delays or Cancellation

If the client delays the project for a long period, stops communication, or cancels the project after work has already started, payments made until that point will not be refundable.

6. Partial Refunds

In some special situations, a partial refund may be considered if only a small part of the project has been completed. The refund amount, if any, will depend on the work already done, time invested, and project resources used.

7. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued simply because the client changes their mind, decides not to continue, or chooses to work with another provider after the project has started.

8. Technical Limitations

Easy Tech World is not responsible for third-party limitations such as hosting issues, platform restrictions, policy changes by external services, or delays caused by client-side technical problems. Such cases do not qualify for refunds.

To request a refund, the client must contact us in writing with project details, payment information, and the reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

10. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days to process depending on the payment method, banking procedures, or platform transaction systems.
